City of Lloydminster Northeast Area Structure Plan Market Study

Urbanics Consultants Ltd. was retained by ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd. to carry out a land-use market study which will aid in the development of the City of Lloydminster’s Northeast Area Structure Plan. Urbanics conducted population and employment projections for Lloydminster from 2016 to 2046. The study also included profiles of the city’s residential, commercial, and industry lands, identifying opportunities and challenges for each type of development. Urbanics made several market-based recommendations to support Lloydminster’s desire to achieve a mixed-use community with a strong economic base.
