City of Surrey Fleetwood and Cloverdale Commercial Market Studies

Urbanics was retained by the City of Surrey to conduct two Commercial Market Studies for the Fleetwood Town Centre and the Cloverdale Town Centre. The studies identified the total and unmet demand, as well as the unrealized market opportunity for various types of commercial development. The analysis included identifying trends in retail and office space given current and projected population forecasts and within the context of competing commercial centres. The studie ascertained the potential for small-scale retail and personal services, large-format stores, food and beverage stores, and office and other Services for a period of 20 years.
