Seacliff Keycorp engaged Urbanics to conduct a commercial market study for the planned Royal Beach community in Colwood, British Columbia. This study assessed the suitable quantity of new retail, service commercial, hotel, office, and institutional space at Royal Beach over a 20-year horizon. The final report provided recommendations about the scale and selection of non-residential land uses at Royal Beach, based upon a custom population projection for the property, adjacent developing communities, projected market conditions, and the unique physical characteristics of the site.
