Granville Island Economic Impact Assessment

Assessed the economic impact of Granville Island’s proposed mixed-use Market District. A high and low-density scenario were examined assessing the impact on GDP, employment, sales tax, and income tax. This included providing an overview of land use, demising, as well as placemaking considerations and opportunities.
