Urbanics continues to serve as Development Manager for the Westport Village development, comprised of 725,000 sf+ square feet of mixed-use development including hotel, retail, office, residential and public amenity spaces. The project received 3rd reading July 2019, and a 4th reading approval July 2023, the tallest and densest development in Port Moody’s history to do so.
Our engagement with Andrew Peller Limited began with a Site Disposition Analysis which examined redevelopment and disposition options available for the former winery site. We conceived of the development program as a result of the study’s findings and have undertaken all development management functions and led a consortium of specialized sub-consultants for over a decade to realize the immense opportunity.
