Snaw-Naw-As (Nanoose) Lands Market Land Use Study

Urbanics Consultants Ltd. was retained to undertake a market land use study to guide the Snaw-Naw-As (Nanoose) First Nation on their property located in Lantzville, BC. The study determined the optimal land use mix and achievable build-out of residential, retail and employment uses based on economic conditions and market demand in the Vancouver Island region.
