Taza is a 1200-acre development on Tsuut’ina Nation lands, poised to remake the commercial and entertainment landscape of western Calgary. Urbanics has conducted several land use marketability studies throughout the project’s evolution, identifying the optimal mix of retail, office, light industrial, and residential uses.
Special emphasis has been placed on identifying innovative development and tenanting concepts. Given challenging economic circumstances in Alberta, our studies have been of significant aid in conceiving of a development mix which will withstand fluctuating market conditions and evolving consumer preferences.
